A.B. Data Appoints Eric J. Miller as Vice President of Case Management

January 21, 2013—Milwaukee—A.B. Data, Ltd.’s Class Action Administration Company (“A.B. Data”) announced today the addition of Eric J. Miller as the Vice President of Case Management. Mr. Miller will be responsible for overseeing A.B. Data’s claims and settlement administration services and will manage A.B. Data’s office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. “Mr. Miller’s extensive industry experience will provide our clients with efficient and effective case administration from planning through implementation and distribution,” said Thomas R. Mr. Miller has over 12 years of operations, project management, quality assurance, and training experience in the class action administration industry. Prior to joining A.B. Data, Mr. Miller served as the Client Service Director for Rust Consulting responsible for the securities practice area administration. Additionally, Miller held positions as the Client Service Director for the antitrust, insurance, pharmaceutical, and consumer practice area settlement administration, as well as a Quality Assurance Director during his tenure with Rust Consulting.
