"Protecting Data, Confidentiality, Security, Integrity, and All Information is Our Departments' #1 Goal."
Eric Shultz, Director for IT and Security IT

A.B. Data has developed an Information Security Policy, a suite of policies and procedures intended to cover all information
security issues for A.B. Data and all of our divisions,
departments, employees, vendors, and clients.
A.B. Data is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal identifying information and other information that we collect from our clients, investors, and Class Members.
A.B. Data employees, subcontractors, consultants, service providers, and other persons and entities we retain to assist in distribution are required to maintain the same protection of personal data.
We have a number of high-profile clients, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the United States Department of Justice, other agencies of the United States government, many U.S. State Attorneys General offices, and the Government of Israel.
Working with some of the most recognized brands in the U.S. financial services industry, including direct banking and payment services companies, A.B. Data is frequently subjected to physical, logical, data, and information systems securities reviews and audits.
This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
We are compliant with our client's security standards, as well as ISO/IEC 27001/2 and Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards; the Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLB) Act of 1999; the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Regulations; the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996; and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH).
