A.B. Data Remains A Top Claims Administrator For 2020

MILWAUKEE, September 7, 2021 — For the third year in a row, A.B. Data ranks among the top antitrust claims administrators in the United States, according to The University of San Francisco Law research paper, 2020 Antitrust Annual Report: Class Action Filings in Federal Court. The research paper reports that A.B. Data has distributed over $2.6 billion in antitrust settlement funds between 2009 and 2020.

“A.B. Data has become one of the most reputable claims administrators over the past decade; we are administering some of the largest and most complex antitrust class action settlements,” said A.B. Data president, Thomas R. Glenn. “Our team’s 30+ years of experience in creating innovative notice and claims distribution solutions has garnered us an expansive list of loyal clients, enabling us to achieve and sustain our spot as a leading claims administrator.”

For almost two decades, the A.B. Data team has been the go-to provider for antitrust matters involving pharmaceutical drugs. Led by Senior Vice President Eric Miller, the A.B. Data team has pioneered the notice and claims process in these cases using techniques such as working seamlessly with third party retailers to compel the identification of consumer class members and being the first to develop and maintain a database of providers and insurance companies to identify third-party payor class members. Through this experience, A.B. Data’s team has administered more end-payor pharmaceutical class action settlements than all other administrators combined. Such notable cases include Aggrenox, Solodyn, Loestrin, Provigil, and Cipro.
